How to book
The summer contract starts every week on Saturday until next Saturday. The apartments will be available on Saturday at 5.00 p.m., as stipulated in the contract. The check out time should be before 10.00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Some agencies offer alternatives that can go from Wednesday to Wednesday.
The booking agencies offer all types of services from linen renting (bedroom and bathroom), extra beds to maid and baby-sitter booking.
There are over 30 authorised agencies offering accommodation as well as estate agencies and building societies.

Plan of the houses
The type of the apartments (on sale or to let) goes from two bedrooms, to three and four, being fully furnished and providing equipped kitchen, except for bed linen and bathroom towels that can be specified in your request.
Some apartments have T.V., washing machine, dishwasher or air conditioning. The distance to the sea or to the village or town centre goes from a 200 m up to 3-4 km.
The prices for acquiring a flat can go from 3 million a square meter up to 6-7 million Italian liras; the three-bedroom apartment is one of our most requested.
For land the prices can vary from 250 000 to 400 000 Italian lira per square meter. For a bar use construction renting prices go from 20 to 30 millions a year.

Architectural structure of the buildings
The architectural structure of the village is very simple and linear. There are 12 000 apartments or terraced houses or holiday homes all over the area grouped in 3/8 or more apartments up to creating small residences of 30/40 apartments (except for Miriacheddu residence with over 100 apartments, Puntaldia and Molara). The smallest apartment is the two bedrooms apartment (see the enclosed plan) with a minimum of 45 sq. m. The new constructions have a minimum area of 60 sq. m. although most of the apartments have three bedrooms with a minimum area of 60 square metres and a maximum area of 80 sq. m.; the three bedroom apartments have the same space distribution as the two bedroom apartments but with an extra bedroom (see the included plan and space distribution).
Starting from 80 sq. m. we have the four bedroom apartments that can go up to 100.120 square metres The apartments can be on the ground floor with a covered porch or on the first floor with a covered terrace; the approximate size of the living-room is 20 sq. m., kitchen included, of the bedroom is 14 sq. m. and the spare room is 9 sq. m., the bathroom and utility space is 4 sq. m., the patio or the terrace are up to 15 sq. m., and the villas have four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The apartments are rented from May to October. There are around 12 hotels in the territory, of 3 or 4 stars, some of them by the sea and some close to the town centre, or at 2500 m from the sea or 1000 m from the town centre. Only "La Locanda" is at 2,5 km from the sea and the centre.
There are 2 campsites in San Teodoro near the sea and 800 m away from the town centre and a third one at Coda Cavallo also by the sea but 4/5 km away from the town centre.
The campsites can get about 400 people within the camping ground and about 100 people outside it.
We have 4 holiday farms, only one with bedrooms for overnight stay, and others with restaurant services.
There are over 30 restaurants/pizzerias specialized in sea based cuisine or Sardinian cuisine.

Present services and curiosities
You can rent bicycles, motorcycles or cars. For the beach you can rent: surfs, water motorcycles, etc. There is a taxi service, a ski-diver trip centre, tennis camps and golf camps in Puntaldia.
There are different discos and bars.
- A fish based dinner in a restaurant costs about 37 euros, and in a holiday farm about 23 euros.
- Car renting costs about 41 euros (depending on the high or low season), a motorcycle costs about 21 euros, a bicycle about 7 euros (lower prices for long term renting).
- Renting a 5 seats rubber dinghy can costs about 129 euros
- A trip to Tavolara Park costs about 52, 62 euros
- A trip to the inside land costs from 46 euros
- Disco entrance fee is around 15 euros
Life style for young San Teodoro tourists: getting up not earlier than 11 a.m., breakfast, sunbathing till 6 p. m. (a sandwich at the bar on the beach lunchtime), getting home around 6.30 p.m. (depending on the traffic), a shower, a pizza and after that everybody down by the square to have a walk or listen to some music in one of the many out- door bars, awaiting for the night to go dancing until 7. 00 a.m.
