The Patron Saint Holiday in San Teodoro
The holiday is celebrated every year towards the end of June, normally during the last week end and lasts three days starting from Friday with the holly vespers, and in the evening with the traditional Sardinian songs accompanied by a guitar and an accordion.
On Saturday, after the holly mass, various manifestations take place and a famous singer concert.
The most important day is Sunday with a Saint procession and local band players, after which there are some parades and specific dishes and again in the evening a concert.

The Agliòla
Celebrated in the month of May, it lasts only one day and is recreating the atmosphere of a late spring holiday although the name would lead to the harvest idea.
In the open area of the centre of La Cupola, in via Sardegna, stalls are being installed dedicated to Gallura traditional dishes.
The tourists can try "zuppa gallurese", a simple flavoured dish, once a wedding or a festive dish, or the boiled lamb meat with potatoes and the fried fish or the mussels, traditional dishes of the natural and local coast products. You can also taste the grilled meat and the cakes made mainly with almonds and honey, all accompanied by local wines.
The dishes are cooked in the stalls right in front of the visitors. During the whole day local or regional singers or folk groups are playing traditional music.
